I will keep what is working for me, and narrow the road with fewer planned treats this month. I will tweak my screen time to focus on more supportive sites like this one, reducing and eventually eliminating the fear-mongoring news stories and time wasters.

I also can't believe we are in July!! 2nd half of the year!!

July is going to be about giving myself the best birthday present I have in a long time. My birthday is on 9 August - same day as when my sleekgeek challenge ends.
July is going to be about curiously and courageously getting myself out of the misnomer-ed comfort zone...because there's nothing comfortable about it...in order to get extraordinary results.

Excited for a new day, new month, new half of the year!

Super busy day so I am going to force myself to do some intentional exercise even though I know I won't want to.

Today is a random ma'am day, in which I will sparkle!

Rest day for me, and I deserve it. My body was telling me no this morning to exercise. If I'm in the mood later, maybe a little walk around the neighborhood. However if my body says no, I will too!

Yes, Alex, sometimes rest is even more important than exercise. It is good you are listening to what your body is telling you.

Today's sparkles will mostly be in the kitchen, prepping for tomorrow's clean birthday feast in honor of chofam Erica.

I will try to sparkle tonight in a bubble bath. Still a lot to do before I can get to that point. At least I KNOW a bath is in my future, I can brush off exercising but not bathing. haha

I will seek and find sparkles from now to the end of the month here in Mt. Crested Butte, CO!
