Today's energy will likely go to school; and I'm hoping to make space for a little music and a little stretching. Lots of online things to tend to as well, as I continue to heal. Still another week until first post-op appointment; trying to practice patience and do my part for the graft to take. Trying to be thankful for what is instead of bummed over what isn't. It's all good!

I just got the news that my son's screening was clear! CLEAR! I'm so happy right now. I have to run over to St. Louis and do some stuff with my new car, then back home to start thinking about packing for an upcoming trip on Wednesday. I will do all the healthy things. IT IS ALREADY A GREAT DAY!
