Am posting from phone today; currently sitting at kitchen table while new microwave is being installed. Also plan to pick up my laptops that I dropped off yesterday for the data transfer from old to new; practice music; make progress around the house; check some things off the list. It's all good!

I have been laying on the couch all day, feeling pretty bad today. I do feel better now but worry that it will get worse at night again. It has been an ok day, all things considered.
