Today I'm taking my car in for routine maintenance, and plan to mostly tend to house stuff and related errands, intentional exercise, and music practice. It's all good!

Today I am taking my car to have them fix something that didn't get put back properly when I had a hitch installed. Also getting groceries and running some other errands. I downloaded a yoga/exercise app so I'll give that a try today. Also planning to spend at least 15 min. doing elliptical and 45 on the treadmill.
