I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, be consciously validating to every student today, take a chill break with Di, head over to chofam Dr. Tim's place for a clean home cooked dinner. It's all good!

The scale was kind this morning, I was beginning to think it's was broken 🤣😂🤣😂
I'm having a healthy day trying to eat the healthy food I have on hand which isn't quite as low carb as the doctor suggested.
I will start the low carb plan Sunday.
My blood pressure was high this morning but I believe it was migraine related
Meds, ice and a dark quiet room has brought it down to normal ðŸ'¦
