How do I get the ruler type measure to see from START kg towards daily goal
Do you have the url for choosing the emlem and colour? for me to instal under my post?

Are you talking about the ticker at the top of the page? If you click on it there are options for customizing it and if you want it to show up in your blog there is a place to click to allow that, under Community at the top of the page chose Your Diet Blog and then on the left choose Blog Settings and you'll see it there. I'm not sure if there is a way to make it show up on posts on the message board. Welcome, Harriet!
