100 Days Program Day 73: All-or-nothing

This one has my name on it, and briefly makes excellent points on a vast topic-- especially embracing the gray and viewing perfectionism as a gift. I am a recovering perfectionist, who intellectually knows when it is healthier to be in a gray area rather than the black or white, but to this day it does not come naturally. With practice, I have learned to more quickly recognize when perfectionism is crossing over into unhealthy territory i.e. when I get overwhelmed and respond by procrastination or completely stopping in my tracks. I know what the truly healthy choices are and I make those healthy choices most of the time. There is deep peace in that.
