It took a lot of years and it still takes regular tweaking, and I do wobble and go all the way off road occasionally, but I do live the way that works for me!

You consistently counting from 1 to 100 shows that the time will pass either way..it's up to us to decide if we show up or not and make the most of each day!

I hope I can anchor myself to this lesson too for 2023!
