100 Days Program Day 87: Old habits

I no longer slip into old eating habits, because of how much better I feel and function when I am mindful of wellness in all areas. Where it's easy for me to slip is with exercise, getting enough sleep, or practicing. I seem to have the time to thoroughly research all kinds of things; so for me it's a matter of mindfulness, and monitoring the things that are truly important, as opposed to the rabbit holes that I sometimes find myself in. If not now, then when?

I slip into old habits when I'm super busy. This is something I really need to focus on.
