100 Days Program Day 49: Just do something

Good one for me to review; I'm solid with my food and drink wellness, but get stuck when it comes to decluttering, or even things that I enjoy, like music practice and intentional exercise. Duly noted to not to shove anything under the rug until the first of the year.

I need to think this way when it comes to working out. When I'm in the groove it's fine but once I get off track it is hard for me to get going again. I have to tell myself, just step on the mat and do one sun salutation, that's all you need to do. Often that is enough to keep me there.
