100 Days Program Day 36: Slow down your eating

Eating slowly with others happens naturally for me, as I am a talker and a listener, and enjoy a nice meal as an event. I do notice a positive difference when I eat more slowly. Fortunately, when I am alone and in get-out-the-door mode, I only eat a measured small amount, and then it works like the pause: it was either enough or I need a bit more, and it does vary from day to day.

I am a slow eater. I'm always the last one done at the table. What I need to do is practice noticing the pause and then listening to my body when it tells me to pause.
