100 Days Program Day 33: Fullness scale

I learned a while back that my body doesn't let me know it's had enough until 30 minutes to an hour after I've eaten, which means that I should really stop eating when I'm still a little hungry, which is difficult to gauge. I did notice that when I had to eat extremely slowly and carefully due to the gum surgery, I did stop while still hungry, just because of how long it took...and I lost more weight unintentionally.

This is something I've really been trying to pay attention to lately. I have a habit of eating until I feel full, which in reality leaves me feeling stuffed and miserable later. Or I will think I need to eat but if I really stop and pay attention, my stomach still feels full from my last meal. This is something I am actively working on.
