100 Days Program Day 32: The five-hour rule

Different strokes for different folks. I do eat smaller amounts more often, or I'll get hangry. It works for me to have small-medium breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with tiny snacks in between. No evening snacking.

My approach on this differs day to day. But in general, if I'm not hungry I don't eat, even if the clock says it's time to eat.
