G'day Good Buddies! What's movin' and shakin' in your neck of the wellness woods today?

I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what; get out this morning for a small gathering of my singer buddies (4 total) to meet and talk informally with another candidate who is interested in becoming artistic director of our chorale (if it is even feasible for us to resume); practice; stretch and move; and random odds and ends of adulting and R&R on the home front.
