100 Days: Day 13: Oops, I forgot to eat!

Today's Tasks:

Write down the times of the day when you plan to eat your meals and snacks.

Make an effort to eat within 30 minutes of these scheduled times. At the end of the day, review your eating patterns to see how well you did.

If you tend to skip meals or forget to eat, set an alarm to remind yourself when it's time for fuel.

I have the same issue. I can tell when my blood sugar gets too low. My hands start shaking, I get irritated really quick. I have learned to not skip meals so I don't feel that way.

lol, Forgetting to eat is something I will never have to go to confession for, lol. But I do sometimes put it off if I am finishing up a sewing project... I never put off breakfast and lunch though. Supper can go as late as 7 but usually between 5 and 6...
