Happy FriYAY, Dearies! What is moving and shaking in your wellness world today?
I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, get out the door before dawn to take Di to her colonoscopy- and babysit afterward, go to my last schlerotherapy appointment this afternoon, and whatever else flows my way. It's all good!

Today is my oldest son's 27th birthday. Yesterday he bought a new house so tonight we are going to go over there for a birthday bonfire. It is going to be a great day!
