I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, have awareness, plan and prep, practice, declutter. It's all good!

Going through things in the house, eating clean, yoga-ing and meditating. It is going to be a great day!

Very mindful of what is going in my body, making good choices. Eating when I'm hungry my small healthy meals, instead of eating it all at once. Trying to train my body to take in less at a time and feeding it before I get too hungry. I'm breaking up my breakfast through the morning. It works really well for me, I did this last time I lost weight and eventually I can start eating less as well and calorie intake is not as hard. Same thing with lunch and snacking.

It's going to be a green day.
