Well, Wonderful Warriors, it's another Wellness Wednesday! What's the little plan, Stan?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, get out the door for my appointment with the vascular doc for vein and circulation evaluation, run errands, continue to play catch up at home, add in some things that make me glow. It's all good!

Taking the dog to the vet and then getting everything ready for our impromptu trip which may happen today or maybe tomorrow...just depends on how we feel! I will take time to be Zen Lyn no matter what! It is going to be a great day!
