Hello Gorgeous! What's in your bag o wellness tricks today?

I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what! I have already been out with the dogs and ridden my bike this morning, and will mostly be home doing a combo of work and play. We're having dear friends over for dinner and games, but this will be a super simple prep- he is a picky eater so I will do a buffet style offering that includes things that everyone will go for. It's all good!
