1. Sunday: Walking Lunges. Squats.
2. Monday: Toe Touches. Leg Lifts.
3. Tuesday: Plank Hip Twists. Push-Ups.
4. Wednesday: Walking Lunges. Mountain Climbers.
5. Thursday: Squats. Alternating Reverse Lunges.
6. Friday: Toe Touches. Leg Lifts.
7. Saturday: Stationary bike or Treadmill
Saturday: Plank Hip Twists. Push-Ups
