I'm loving my new walking program. An hour a day at least 6 days per week. Am looking forward to being able to walk outside though it's minus 12 degrees Celsius here and lots of snow and ice still.

Yikes. We had an unplanned trip over last week end. I did pretty well, then have been on the slippery slope this week. I took a RED dot yesterday! And am going to try to rectify today. Putting a Green for this day, and don't want to have to come back and change it. . . . Stay tuned to see if I can pull it back to ketoing on.

I'm taking away my dot for the day; nothing out of control, and I thought about it and chose anyway. It just was more treat type food than what I can actually count as on plan. I'll start over tomorrow.

I got my butt up and took that 3mile walk this morning so I was very happy with myself. Birds singing, Moon and Stars glimmering. Its going to be a busy day cleaning out the closet!

I just looked at my graph and I am 3/4ths of the way to my short time Goal! also I have not been this low in weight in 5 years. I lost 3 lbs just cleaning out that closet. Also I took a Mile walk/jog this morning in the WINDY DESERT AIR! Nothing is going to stop me, I have 98lbs until I reach my long term goal. That seems like nothing today! I am down `17lbs since I started. Thank you Start your diet you have really helped me change my thinking and I make better eating choices. The best thing is I am exercising again and not FEARFUL to GO OUTSIDE~ still fearful of people~

I'm starting over, not because I have really been off track but I have been steadily maintaining so obviously I need to re-think my green dot status. I am going to amp it up for the last 10 days of the month.

I just looked! Tomorrow! I will have Made my "First Short Term- First Goal)! I will be 250lb I am so proud of my self. its been a long road and I only have 87lb left to lose so I am very happy! That means since January 1st 2018, I have lost 50lbs! I am ecstatic! Wow! just 3lb to go. I'm almost there, almost there

Wow, Rjaatt, 12.5 lb/month sounds like a LOT to me! We all lose at different rates, though. I was the world's slowest loser when I was in weight loss mode: probably only 1/4 lb/week, but that's what worked for me and my slow body. We each have to find our own unique way to finish the race. It was frustrating to me to be the tortoise rather than the hare, but I finished the race and stayed there.
