I just watched the video and I am so excited about trying these this week to keep my new eating plan and successful # 7 drop going !! Planning on slicing them into 1/2" slices to eat more easily . Thank you for sharing Cindy ) Great success to you !

I made these turkey and cream cheese for lunch the night before. When I did get to eat them the cream cheese was rather watery but they were a refreshing lunch. Next time I will make them in the morning before work. Great idea. Thanks for posting them. I have no plans to do the smoked salmon though.

Geezer would I love to eat that!.. Sorry! NO TEETH! I get homemade baby foods, or soft foods and processed food in a grinder finally chopped. Anyway how do you post those pictures? just curious.
